One-off customers pay you directly, not through Club. These five habits keep it simple.
1. Agree the pay before you start Call the customer and say the pay and how you’ll get it: cash on delivery or bank transfer. If anything changes, agree the new pay before you set off.
2. Keep the job card The job card in Club shows the route, the time, the pay and who posted it. It stays in your jobs, so you always have the details you both agreed.
3. Confirm the drop with a photo When you drop off, take a photo of the item at the address. If anyone asks later, you have it.
4. If you don’t get paid, tell us Tap Report a problem on the job. A person at Club reads every report. We can see who posted the job, and we can block their number so they can’t post on Club again.
5. Verified posters are safer A Verified ✓ poster has shown us their ID, and for a business, that it exists. Look for the tick on the job card.
